7. Wrapping

Inside the retail box is paper wrapping to protect the shoes. The paper will have the Adidas logo as well as the Trefoil logo screen-printed onto the paper, check the quality of the printing making sure the edges of the logos are sharp and straight. Make sure the logos are all printed at the same density.

11. Heel Tab

If you fold the panel holding the pull tab in place you will see that the back of the panel is a smooth surface as opposed to the outside with is a rough suede.

Take note of the stitching joining the insole to the primeknit upper. Note how the stitching only starts near the forefoot and does not run the full length of the insole. Make sure the stitching is tight and evenly spaced.

Adidas NMD R2 PK's come with cardboard shoe trees. The shoe trees will have a shoe size debossed into them, make sure the size (in a range of 2 sizes) matches the label inside the shoe and on the box label. Make sure the debossed letters are sharp and clear, make sure the typeface used is correct.
