The Nike Air Max 1/97 VF SW has a different box to all other Air Max sneakers. The lid of the box will have a Nike logo with corduroy print design taken from all the different fabric patterns used on the upper of the shoe.
There is a set of three extra laces, the tips of these laces are sealed in clear plastic. Make sure the clear bags these spare laces come in have a Nike logo printed on them. Check that the printing is solid and sharp, take note of the red stripe along the top edge of the plastic bag.
