7. Box Construction

Nike Off-White Air Prestos come in an inside out retail box, make sure the lid and side panels double over back into the box to create structural strength. Note how the top of this fold is square as opposed to being rounded. Check that the lid section that folds back into the box is attached with two small glued down tabs. Also note how the side walls, when viewed from the inside of the box, have a locking system that does not require any gluing. The folded over side panels have tabs that stick right through holes cut into the sides.

14. Off White Tag

Nike Off-White sneakers come with a thick red, plastic zip tie. The zip tie will have Off-White TM c/o Nike c. 2017 Zip Tie printed in tiny white dots on it. Make sure the typeface is correct, note how the TM is printed in much smaller white dots. Make sure the corners of the tag are rounded, look for the round dots debossed into the plastic on either side of the locking mechanism.

30. Instep Type

The instep of the upper will have the words Off-White TM for Nike "Nike Air Presto" Beaverton, Oregon USA c. 2000 printed in white. Make sure the printing is semi transparent showing the fabric underneath. Check that the typeface used is correct, note how the r and t of Beaverton are touching.

38. Air Logo

On the heel of the outsole is an Air logo embossed into the rubber. Make sure the typeface used is correct and that the letters should have sharp edges. Also check that there are tiny pinhead sized bumps on the tips of each of the letters.
