5. Box Construction

Nike Roshe Twos come in a sturdy Nike retail box, make sure the lid and side panels double over back into the box to create structural strength. Note how the top of this fold is square as opposed to being rounded. Check that the lid section that folds back into the box is attached with two small glued down tabs. Also note how the side walls, when viewed from the inside of the box, have a locking system that does not require any gluing. The folded over side panels have tabs that stick right through holes cut into the sides.

8. Pull Tab

Nike Roshe Twos will have a pull tab on the heel, make sure it is big enough to easily fit a finger through. Make sure the double stitch line joining the pull tab to the upper is tight, neat, evenly spaced and has no loose ends. Take note of the zigzag stitch pattern along the collar, note how the stitching ends in an even line below the rounded top edge of the collar.

15. Tongue Logo

Nike Roshe Twos will have a small round button with Swoosh logo debossed into it on the tongue. Make sure the Swoosh is sharp and clear, make sure the edges of the round button are slightly rounded.

18. Sockliner Logo

The sockliner will have a Nike logo printed onto the fabric, make sure the edges of the logo are clean and sharp, make sure the logo is not worn out if the shoes are new.
