1. Profile

Learn how to spot fake Nike Air Jordan 1 Bred Toes with this detailed 31 point step-by-step guide by goVerify.

5. Date Code

Most, not all, Nike retail boxes feature a date code stamped inside the box. Take this opportunity to have a close up look at the lid construction, take note of the corner fold with two interlocking (puzzle piece) sections. Also make sure the lid edge is square as it folds over. Take note of where the black printing ends leaving the inside edge white.

14. Spare Laces

Nike Air Jordan 1 Bred Toes will come with spare laces. Make sure they are the standard flat laces and that they are packaged in a light plastic bag.

21. Upper Join

Take note of the join between the lace panel and the upper, note how the lower lace panel tapers to a thin point underneath the first eyelet hole of the top lace panel.

28. Shoe Tree

Nike Air Jordan 1 Bred Toes come with cardboard shoe trees. The shoe trees will have a Jumpman logo debossed into them as well as a size range, in this case 10-10.5. Make sure the debossing is sharp and clear.
