4. Box Label

Vans shoe boxes feature a label on one side detailing style name, size, colour, barcode, 6 digit style number, PO# number as well as a production date. Make sure there is also an illustration of the sneaker which matches the sneaker style. Tip: scan the barcode (even a photo of one) with a barcode scanner app, the exact product including size should be correct.

6. Heel Inside

Inside the heel of Vans Authentic's there will be a support panel stitched into the upper. Make sure the stitching is tight, neat and evenly spaced.
